American Pipits

 Based on BBC emails, I headed to the Delaney Flood Control Site.   Great place, bad name, tons of birds.  Went for the pipits . . .

stayed for the eagles

Also saw a flock of bluebirds, red-winged blackbirds, and ducks and swans.  

The swans did a little loop around the area.  They are big birds - it took me a minute to figure out what they were.
