Thanksgiving Birding

 There have been about a dozen hooded mergansers over by Bagels Plus all weekend.

Today I went to Great Meadows and, with the help of an expert birder, identified a flock of American Wigeons

 and ring necked ducks

Hager Land, Arlington Reservoir

 Went back to Hager Land on Saturday and found a pretty good batch of green winged teals.

Then went to Arlington Reservoir on Sunday.  More green winged teals plus an hooded mergansers
