Great Meadows
A lot of birds at Great Meadows this morning. Arrived at 5:30 AM in the fog. By 6:30 the birds were all over.
Saw almost a dozen yellow warblers and a dozen downy woodpeckers. All at once really.

Saw one cedar waxwing
Saw a couple of male and one female common yellow throat. It look me a while to figure out the female. An earlier yellow throated vireo this year might have been in error. I need to focus on the head color - it is yellow for the vireo.
And one female grosbeak (the white lines above and below the eye were the giveaway.
